Amelia Castro ( New Jersey ) I was really excited about finding this for such a low price on Amazon. However, when I finally got it - wireless setup was a nightmare!!! Complete Nightmare! HOWEVER< once I got everything running properly - it was ok.

Donna Winnie ( Green Cove Springs Florida ) In looking around for printers, I had it narrowed down between this one and an Epson. I currently was replacing an Epson, so I was eager to try another brand. This was the deal of the day @ $102.99 and I couldn't pass it up. It has some great features such as auto paper feed, on screen card reader(s), and bottom load paper tray. I know it does a lot more than I am asking it to as I haven't tried printing pictures, etc. I do think that someone who has a small office setting would benefit from this printer. It is a bit larger than my other printer, but the "footprint" really doesn't take up that much more space. It is just taller than some other printers, but probably not taller than others with the same capabilities. Canon seems to be creeping forward again in technology with their electronics and I for one am happy to see a company with their history get back in the race. I recommend this all in one printer in this price range.

Lauren C. Ingro ( new york ) Honestly I have never had a printer do so much for such a good price. One of the many things I love is the duplex printing without having to manually turn over the paper. I am saving a ton of paper! I love every feature and use them all.

V. Nguyen ( Newark, CA ) The product is great. I love the scan to remote PC feature. One problem that prevent it from being a 5 stars for me is duplex scanning. If your paper has a crease on it (tri fold page), then it tends to jam up while doing the reverse cycle for duplex scanning.

C. Anderson ( Minnesota ) This replaced an HP Officejet; we also have a HP Deskjet. Never could get Officejet documentation. Deskjet has "installed" itself 32 times in 12 months and, being online, HP is monitoring our printing. So far very happy with Canon; only question is how much ink will cost.
