I had a lot of HP products, and this was the worst setup wise. It took me days to finally have the full installation of scanning, and now the box HP Web is increasingly After a week of this sad experience, just trying to make something up and running 100% in the future, I expect other suppliers. I suggest you do too much.

Be careful if you want to use this printer with wireless connection. I had nothing but problems trying to run all this wirelessly. Usually with wireless gets very long waiting times for print random (30 minutes + at times!). I was on the phone twice with technical support from HP and are fully reloaded printer drivers twice as well, but does not improve. I think there is a sort of non-application of wireless communication for this printer. Once I wire connected to the printer everything is OK and is actually a very good impression - no complaints on the printer itself. I'm taking two stars away from thinking of buying a wireless printer capable, but so far (about 2 months), it was not my experience.

HP Photosmart Premium is easy to set-up. The press and the picture quality is excellent. It 'nice to have a touch screen against a lot of different buttons. It is compact and prints much faster than my previous HP 6300. I had some problems configuring the wireless. Apparently not, if you try to install wireless, wired, which is out, I did it because it is set up on a LAN. I read the instructions on the right. In general, an excellent printer for the price and features.

Product was delivered quickly. Set up was a breeze in Windows 7 (I recommend downloading only the basic drivers WIN 7) (I usually do not like software packages OEM comes with each product). I would also suggest the purchase of 920 large black ink cartridge when you buy this printer. It 'hard to beat the prices of OEM ink Amazonas. The ink cartridge of 450 pages of small print. great is rated at 1200 pages. The print quality is very good. Print in draft mode faster. When the printer warms up first can be a bit 'noisy, but not a problem. Fax and wireless built. You can save about $ 30 to purchase the model is not wireless router if you have a wireless Internet at home, the printer is the same.

Very happy with this product. You won't regret this purchase.

I love this printer! I spent 4-6 weeks of shopping around and this particular printer was! I did not want a photo printer that the mother preppy is normally used. You know, the ones with 2 keys and comes with a special glossy paper. I wanted a printer for the office, including all that can do everything, something that would be good for a small business. That's it! Some of the features I needed: good wireless card functionality, color, ink, low cost, multi-page scanner and scanner on top.

When I received the printer, I was surprised with the ease of configuration. I just need help of a genius of the network that it is configured for our wireless network. It turns out that my basic computer skills was not enough. I simply plug in and install the disk. Wireless setup all happened by itself. Amazing how two electrons can communicate with each other when they are in separate rooms. Con: When I turn off the printer (not), you must restore the network. It 'was very frustrating to press the 1 key and ruin everything for 2 days. Now I know how to restore the network, and I always have the printer.

Next was the price. I looked at all the features I needed and I went to Tiger Direct, HP and newegg to find adequate resources for the right price. The result was that jet Office 6500. The printer usually costs $ 200. Tiger Direct will give you for $ 150. When I called every place in town for a quote, they told me $ 200. Tiger Direct almost won my business until I went to Amazon.com, and found it for $ 132 with free shipping. Amazing deal! Great Savings! It should be illegal! Probably!

Con: My only problem with the printer has to do with your speed. In my job, the printer (a full size one) sucks the roles super fast. A stack of 50 pages will be sucked through in less than a minute. I was kinda expecting something like that ... but my expectations were very brief. The printer has a second husband to prepare ... feeds the paper slowly and carefully every detail scans (color scans BTW). The printer thinks for a few seconds longer ... page prints slowly and with precision. It's slow as hell compared with the press to work full size = \ But everything else is an A +! Probably can not find a printer of small size that sucks the documents at a tremendous speed. Maybe I'm living in a world that awaited dream of having that.

If you are a small business starting up, this is the PERFECT printer for you.

I bought a brand new computer, including the printer. I like that it is wireless, copies, scans and prints on both sides. After two weeks of use somehow just disappeared from my computer as a printer option. I had to call the Geek Squad and they walk me through re-install it ... the installation CD that comes with it was for Windows Vista or XP. I have Windows 7.

After several months of perfect use, it disappeared again, but this time I called HP which gave excellent customer service. The person who was on the phone with me for 45 minutes and left me for what I need to do until he was able to gain remote access. Has updated the software for Windows 7 and 'fixed' the problem. The printer is great ... I like that it will be printed front and back, without having to manually turn the paper (although you can do it this way yet). We always want to print double-sided even if - as the ink to dry before printing the other side. But it is a striking feature.

I used the copy feature several times and it is fast and simple. I had the opportunity to use the scanner again. Overall I really like this printer and would definitely buy it again if I needed another printer.

Some time ago, I bought a T-45 used the HP All-in-One has worked pretty well, but dead. After several months of not having a printer and exhaustive search, I decided on the HP J3680, mainly because it offered the other side of the phone. By the way, if you have an old battery-powered headset Plantronics, interacts well with the crib. All in all I am very satisfied so far with the unit. The installation CD moves with ease and features are miles ahead of ten years, T-45.

Besides the pain in the ass was to obtain from the brain of the computer. The printer works well does the job. About 15-20 pages of printing per day and no problem so far. If you want to scan e-mail that he will. The print quality is better than average. Are on sale, so I usually proposals to the press, etc. .. until now I feel like I got my money's worth.

Excellent machine considering the relatively low price. My only complaint is that copies can be made only through a roller process, instead of a flat bed. But this is the compromise, if you want a low price. I recommend.

I like the way this printer prints and scans and copies in black and white, but not use it for color. Unless the color cartridge is new, there will be a faded photo. Most everything is printing in color, and this was a bad choice for me. The only thing that makes me feel better is that I paid only on what the cost to get the new ink. I'll be dumped soon!

I bought my Cannon Pixma 330 back in late December is the best I had, and the second in a single device. I followed the directions both sets and cut my computer and turned back, as he said, and voila. I was almost ready. generally works very well. Never had a fax machine, I think it's the first time I've done. Print a lot and I like the ability to copy and print capabilities Cannon Pixma 330. Photos as well as they did in my bubble jet. I think Cannon has really done this time with its new line of all in those. What I MultiPASS is not right, and that's a new one.

As others have noted, this printer goes through some noisy agitations before and after printing, but then does a reasonable job. However, with documents containing pictures, the pictures come out really lousy, even printing with "high" quality, unless the entire page is printed as a photo (slow and costly on ink). That means printing each page containing photos separately, a real pain. My old HP did much better. Given that most printers today produce quite sharp printouts, I would not rate this one high on print quality. Copying is easy and does quite well. Another minor irritation is the location of the cable and cord hookups. They stick out on both sides of the printer, which can be bothersome if you have it on a roll-out tray or shelf. The dimensions stated don't indicate its real size with the paper feeder open, loaded with paper, and the output tray open (about 19"W, with cords, x 11 1/2"H, with paper, x 21 1/2"D). That can be a problem with a roll-out printer shelf in a desk.

I got this printer at American TV two christmas's ago for $30! I figured at that price why not? It really is a great printer! Photo's could be sharper. Right away I printed an 8x10 of my lil guys headshot, and you could see his baby fine hair pretty crisp. Since then it seems as if it's gone downhill a little. 4x6's are great but you can tell they are 'at home' quality. I have a 8MP Canon camera.

Pros
-Good pictures
-Scanner is easy and it will even repair older 'fuzzy' pictures.
-Copier is as easy as putting it on the glass and pressing Start.
- Print directly from a SD card and/or a USB flash drive also.

Cons
-If you misplace the drivers and 'wipe' your computer good luck getting the drivers from online for all the functions
-Ink is kinda expensive $50 for the 2pak of color and black, you can get a 3 pack at Sam's club for $60 which contains the 2 of the great XL black cartridges.
-It uses quite a bit of ink, black especially which suprised me.

When trying to decide on this printer i found several people that had a ink error code and the whole thing would quit working. I have had this printer for a year and a half with heavy use and I have changed ink more times then I can count and it's just fine. I bought one at the same time for my brother for the $30 as well and his is working great too!

I recieved this printer from Walmart as a gift. I set it up and followed the step-by-step instructions with ease. I printed a few docments and I was satisfied. Later I left for a few hours and returned to use it for a scrap booking project. I opened the thing to see the LCD screen black and the light was flashing. I attempted to turn it on but it would not start. I unplugged it with no luck. I put it somewhere and fogot about it for a week and plugged it back in and it started with no problem. I scanned a few pictures and left the room for 10 minutes. I came back and the light was blinking again. I tried to turn it on again and it wouldn't start the same as usual. I got tired of the thing and bought a Kodak Printer which works a lot better.

Overall when it did work it scanned and printed well. I had problems with getting it to turn back on and it would start to do some crazy stuff and would never turn back on. When it would work it worked good but it didn't work 90% of the time. I will never use a Canon printer again

I purchased the Brother HL-2140 in January b/c I have had such a good experience with the Brother MFC-7420, an all-in-one that is, admittedly, a lot more expensive than the HL-2140. However, I made the mistake of thinking that same manufacturer = same quality.
The 2140 has a real problem with paper jams. When I first set it up, it was jamming on every 1-3 pages! I've found that if you are extremely careful to fan the paper, avoid paper with the slightest curl, and cross your fingers, you just might be spared the annoying process of removing jammed paper.
Keeping the paper-jam caveat in mind, I find the printer otherwise to be usable for low-volume print jobs. I wouldn't advise using it to print, say, a batch of invoices or the draft of your epic novel.

I had 2 Brother 2140 printers. Compare to HP and Samsung, Brother 2140 is the worst printer i ever had. Not reliable and bad quality. The printer continue having toner problem. The toner used up quickly than normal. After using this printer for 4 months, I end up have to buy another HP printer. Brother customer service are very bad too. Don't buy. Don't waste your money. Buy HP or Samsung.

Well, I'm trying to figure out why this printer was so inexpensive. It prints fast, and with good quality. Out of the box I printed a 60 page document which took only a minute or so. The printer is small, and could easily fit on top of my desk (though I keep it underneath). It has lots of options, easily adjustable in settings (I went to print->advanced and turned on the toner-saving mode).

It uses 5 Watts electricity in standby but I prefer to turn it off when not in use. Thankfully, it's ready to print within 20 seconds of flipping the power on. While printing, it does dim the lights in my old apartment, but nothing serious. Not too loud; it can be heard in the adjacent room on quiet enough days. Pages come out with a very slight bend but it's hardly perceptible, and probably unavoidable for such a small printer.

It isn't wireless, and you will have to buy your own usb cable to connect it. I've only printed 100 pages with it so far but have had no problems. Out of the box it is a 5-star printer, but I gave it 4 because I anticipate something to go wrong to justify its low price tag.

I am a college student who has to print a lot papers. This printer is great! I have already printed over 500 pages this semester and it is going strong. The manual duplex works pretty painlessly once you figure out how to re-insert the paper back into the tray.

If you need to print a lot of black and white documents and are tired of paying inkjet prices for fewer prints, this is a great option for you.

R. Rickman Jr.
I've had this printer for a little over a month and have yet to have a single problem with it. I love the duplex feature that does an excellent job of guiding you through the necessary steps, and the print speed is simply great. After having used inkjet printers up to this point, I'm in heaven with the ease and speed with which I can use this printer. There may be *better* ones on the market, but for the price and the features, I imagine this one being hard to top. As a grad student, I print a lot of pages, and this has kept up every step of the way so far. I highly recommend it!
