Product was delivered quickly. Set up was a breeze in Windows 7 (I recommend downloading only the basic drivers WIN 7) (I usually do not like software packages OEM comes with each product). I would also suggest the purchase of 920 large black ink cartridge when you buy this printer. It 'hard to beat the prices of OEM ink Amazonas. The ink cartridge of 450 pages of small print. great is rated at 1200 pages. The print quality is very good. Print in draft mode faster. When the printer warms up first can be a bit 'noisy, but not a problem. Fax and wireless built. You can save about $ 30 to purchase the model is not wireless router if you have a wireless Internet at home, the printer is the same.

Very happy with this product. You won't regret this purchase.

I love this printer! I spent 4-6 weeks of shopping around and this particular printer was! I did not want a photo printer that the mother preppy is normally used. You know, the ones with 2 keys and comes with a special glossy paper. I wanted a printer for the office, including all that can do everything, something that would be good for a small business. That's it! Some of the features I needed: good wireless card functionality, color, ink, low cost, multi-page scanner and scanner on top.

When I received the printer, I was surprised with the ease of configuration. I just need help of a genius of the network that it is configured for our wireless network. It turns out that my basic computer skills was not enough. I simply plug in and install the disk. Wireless setup all happened by itself. Amazing how two electrons can communicate with each other when they are in separate rooms. Con: When I turn off the printer (not), you must restore the network. It 'was very frustrating to press the 1 key and ruin everything for 2 days. Now I know how to restore the network, and I always have the printer.

Next was the price. I looked at all the features I needed and I went to Tiger Direct, HP and newegg to find adequate resources for the right price. The result was that jet Office 6500. The printer usually costs $ 200. Tiger Direct will give you for $ 150. When I called every place in town for a quote, they told me $ 200. Tiger Direct almost won my business until I went to Amazon.com, and found it for $ 132 with free shipping. Amazing deal! Great Savings! It should be illegal! Probably!

Con: My only problem with the printer has to do with your speed. In my job, the printer (a full size one) sucks the roles super fast. A stack of 50 pages will be sucked through in less than a minute. I was kinda expecting something like that ... but my expectations were very brief. The printer has a second husband to prepare ... feeds the paper slowly and carefully every detail scans (color scans BTW). The printer thinks for a few seconds longer ... page prints slowly and with precision. It's slow as hell compared with the press to work full size = \ But everything else is an A +! Probably can not find a printer of small size that sucks the documents at a tremendous speed. Maybe I'm living in a world that awaited dream of having that.

If you are a small business starting up, this is the PERFECT printer for you.

I bought a brand new computer, including the printer. I like that it is wireless, copies, scans and prints on both sides. After two weeks of use somehow just disappeared from my computer as a printer option. I had to call the Geek Squad and they walk me through re-install it ... the installation CD that comes with it was for Windows Vista or XP. I have Windows 7.

After several months of perfect use, it disappeared again, but this time I called HP which gave excellent customer service. The person who was on the phone with me for 45 minutes and left me for what I need to do until he was able to gain remote access. Has updated the software for Windows 7 and 'fixed' the problem. The printer is great ... I like that it will be printed front and back, without having to manually turn the paper (although you can do it this way yet). We always want to print double-sided even if - as the ink to dry before printing the other side. But it is a striking feature.

I used the copy feature several times and it is fast and simple. I had the opportunity to use the scanner again. Overall I really like this printer and would definitely buy it again if I needed another printer.
